About the space

This 1930s spice warehouse has been transformed into a four-storey venue ideal for filming and photoshoots as well as corporate events. The sheer size of the venue offers a blank canvass to any filmographer or event planner, and an array of props are dotted around the venue, harking back to the building's industrial origin story. The venue also has a 134 m² rooftop available and a large kitchen, with standing capacity for 250 guests. If you prefer organizing a seated dinner or work with a theatre set-up, its capacity is closer to 150.
