About the space

The event space is located at the beginning of a unique alleyway. A truly central location, offering excellent accessibility by any means of transport, all available within walking distance and several car parks, also very close to the location and with possible car valet service. The location, which has a surface area of 500 square metres on two floors, offers its many faces, ranging from business and corporate situations, to exhibitions/showrooms, and ending with private parties and celebrations. In fact, in addition to the Magenta and Brera Rooms, which are perfectly equipped for meetings and work and much appreciated for the large arched windows that make the whole environment very bright, there is the Basement Room, a space within a space, with a completely different style, which testifies with its brick vaults, the walkways of 15th century. In addition to a beautiful bar counter, there is a fully equipped kitchen in the backstage of this room, made to measure for the Chef. All the rooms are covered by an ultra-fast lan/WIFI 100 Mb upload/download connection, that supports any type of digital event, such as webinars and webcasts, and are equipped with audio-video technology that includes the basic equipment needed for multimedia presentations (projector and screen, amplification and microphones, pc and flipchart and stationery). The continuous presence at the Reception guarantees maximum technical assistance during events and organizational support for hospitality services (hotels, restaurants and car parks), specialized personnel (hostesses, security, interpreters, etc.).
