About the space

This glorious church is on a site formerly occupied by a convent and a finishing school for girls, a French-style educational institution for girls from wealthy families. The foundation stone for the construction of a new church, built in the Neo-Gothic style, was laid in 1882, which now serves as a premier Prague gala venue.

The newly renovated and deconsecrated church premises, make use of its grand design, and it currently serves commercial purposes. The vast space in the former church is used for concerts, as well as banquets, cocktail parties and buffets, where its untraditional form and beauty, make it a popular awe-inspiring venue. The lofty height gives visitors and guests the feeling of flight through the many overhead frescos painted on the ceilings so high above.

This event space comprises a nave, an aisle, and a courtyard for outdoor receptions and other activities. Due to its unique interior and inimitable ambience, the premises of this chapel are sought after for organizing galas, receptions, company and social events, corporate parties, fashion shows, and various exhibitions.
