Most event venues in Istanbul do not return any money if you cancel less than 48 hours before your booking date. On the rare occasion that you may want to cancel your booking, your contract will have the details on the cancellation policy at your venue.
Furniture, standard lighting, and the internet are usually provided as part of your booking amount. Other amenities such as catering, drinks, staff, and AV equipment can usually be availed at an extra charge.
Alcohol can be served at almost all venues in Istanbul as long as the venue has the necessary licensing to permit alcohol. If you’re unsure whether your venue allows alcohol, you can check with them or one of our local experts.
Yes, you can! You’ll be charged for the number of hours/days you book the venue. If you’re booking the venue for several days, you might even be able to get a discount on your booking.
