Sales Team Lead
Remote | Sales
We are looking for a Sales Lead (Player-Coach) who thrives on the thrill of the close and the reward of mentorship. You will be joining Eventflare, a global marketplace helping giants like Airbnb, Amazon, and Gucci book unique venues in 40+ cities and counting.
In this role, you’ll carry your own book of business while simultaneously leading, coaching, and elevating the wider sales team. You are the engine that drives revenue and the architect of the processes that keep us running at our best.
Your Tasks:
- Sales & Revenue: Leading, closing, and following up on inbound and outbound global leads
- Full Cycle Management: Managing the journey from first contact through contract and post-event follow-up
- Strategic Upselling: Driving revenue across the full event journey (catering, hotels, and dinners)
- Account Management: Building lasting relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business
- Team Leadership: Reviewing active leads and providing structured, actionable feedback to teammates
- Coaching: Mentoring junior and mid-level reps on objection handling and deal strategy
- Operations: Developing sales playbooks, outreach sequences, and qualification frameworks
- Reporting: Tracking team KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue metrics directly for leadership
- Data Hygiene: Maintaining a pristine CRM and championing data integrity across the team
Your Profile (Required)...
- You speak and write great English (min. C1 level)
- You have 3–6+ years of B2B/Consultative sales experience with a consistent track record of hitting quota
- You have demonstrated experience coaching or managing sales colleagues to success
- Robust analytical and organizational acumen: You turn data into action
- Process-Driven: You’ve built or optimized sales playbooks and workflows before
- You are the most structured and organized one in the gang: Managing multiple accounts is second nature
- You have a meticulous eye for detail and never let a lead go cold
- You are ambitious and have a ‘can-do’ mentality, rather than a ‘yes-but’
- You believe waiting is a virtue… for losers. Winners get stuff done
- You (learned to) find solutions rather than excuses
- You’re a team player and get genuine satisfaction from watching your teammates level up

- Background in events, hospitality, or travel
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up
- Proficiency in additional European or international languages
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
