This 1950s Colonial Revival estate near Buenos Aires combines classical grandeur with expansive event capacity. A symmetrical façade with pitched roof and wraparound veranda sets the tone, while interiors feature parquet flooring, classical columns, and a coffered-ceiling octagonal chamber overlooking landscaped gardens. The main floor hosts up to 350 guests standing or 150 seated, ideal for indoor galas, receptions, or brand launches. Outdoor lawns accommodate evening gatherings under string lights. For larger events, the upper Sky Balcony expands capacity to 450 standing or 230 seated.
