About the space

This striking, two-storey venue in Mexico City blends raw industrial architecture with an atmospheric theatricality, making it ideal for immersive corporate events and cultural productions. Housed within a revitalised industrial shell, the space features exposed brick walls, structural iron columns, black-painted steel beams and a concrete floor, all of which retain the building's historic character. A commanding mezzanine runs along both sides of the venue and is connected by a perforated steel walkway. This offers elevated views and breakout lounge areas.

At the far end is a proscenium-style stage with suspended lighting rigs and a dramatic framed mirror centrepiece that evokes the ambience of an experimental theatre or avant-garde cabaret. The ground floor is furnished with modular seating and high tables, while the upper level features barrel-style cocktail tables, providing a flexible layout for up to 400 standing guests.

The venue's raw textures and layered design make it perfect for product launches, private performances, fashion shows, late-night corporate mixers and private dinners. With ambient lighting and adaptable infrastructure, the space provides a versatile blank canvas for edgy storytelling or brand expression.
