From Europe and LATAM to Southeast Asia and the Middle East, we’re revolutionising the way teams connect—in 33+ cities and counting!

From our roots in Brussels, we’ve expanded worldwide, helping brands like Airbnb, Amazon, Gucci, BCG, GitHub, and the European Commission book unique venues for meetings, conferences, and parties with speed and ease.

Your Mission:

• Drive new business by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities across global markets.
  Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach, partnerships, and clever prospecting.
• Lead discovery calls, pitch our platform, and negotiate deals that bring value to both Eventflare and our clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Events team to deliver a seamless client journey from first hello to final hurrah.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay sharp and ahead of the curve.
• Be the face of Eventflare —expand our presence and generate new leads across industries.
• Track performance, hit KPIs, and push past targets like a true closer.
• Actively contribute ideas to improve our sales process, automation, and strategy.
  
   

What You Bring to the Table:

• Hunter mentality—you're energised by closing deals and building new business from scratch.
• Confident communicator who thrives on video calls, in-person meetings, and sealing deals.
  Experience in business development or B2B sales (bonus if it’s in events, hospitality, SaaS, or start-ups).
• Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2). Other languages = a big plus.
• A strategic mindset: you see the bigger picture and know how to position value.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deals and timelines without breaking a sweat.
• Energetic, resourceful, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious about tech, events, and creating meaningful connections between people and places.
• Independent yet collaborative—you're a self-starter and team player.
