Where the rooms are

Supply spreads more evenly than in most capitals. Avenidas Novas leads at 14% of listings, then Santa Maria Maior at 12%, with Belém, Príncipe Real / Avenida da Liberdade and Misericórdia at 11% each, and Arroios and Marvila / Beato at 6% apiece.

The Standard tier from €180 to 600 per hour takes 31% with capacities around 65 to 290. Premium venues at €600 and up per hour form a substantial 29% of the market, seating roughly 230 to 900 and reaching riverfront landmarks at €853 per hour and beyond.

 

Scale is stronger than the city's size suggests: 81 venues hold more than 100 guests, 51 hold more than 200 and 17 clear 500, including single spaces for nearly 2,000.

What a delegate day costs

When to book

Conference demand follows a firm annual rhythm across Eventflare's markets. September, October and November together take 42% of annual requests, September alone 15%; June is the spring shoulder at 10% and August the floor at 2%.
