Styled with a cornucopia of plants, vibrant furniture and vintage pieces the Penthouse is a unique venue ideal for your private party, conference, product launch, business meeting, wedding, private dining, talk/conference, fashion exhibit etc Generous wall space and permanent wall dividers make the space an ideal location for exhibitions and events, enabling breakout areas within one expansive 2800 sqft location. From the extensive balconies you can see the nearby Shard, Borough Market, Tate Modern and landmarks across South London making the Menier Penthouse a classic London event space. A popular location for filming, fashion stills and advertising shoots, the Menier Penthouse has featured in the Evening Standard Style, Folio Magazine, Netflix and Wonderland, among many others. In addition to its stylish interior the Penthouse offers privacy and exclusivity located in the bustling centre of London Bridge with superb transport links – 3 minutes walk from London Bridge Tube and Train Stations and serviced by multiple bus routes. Occupying the top floor of a Southwark Street property, the Penthouse has 263sqm of floor space and 67sqm split across two large balconies.   • Cancellation 89 and 30 days: 50% refund
