The centrepiece is a custom billiard table that seamlessly converts into a dining or conference table, surrounded by padded tartan chairs. Framed monochrome prints, sculptural lighting, and panelled white walls lend a refined residential feel, enhanced by a corner lounge with leather sofas and rattan chairs. The room connects to an optional breakout area and includes a 55” screen for presentations. Natural light floods the space through wide-set windows, ideal for relaxed, high-end business gatherings or executive planning sessions.
