This intimate studio offers a clean, functional environment ideal for wellness activities, team-building workshops, and creative group classes. Reflecting a minimalist architectural style, the space features white-painted block walls, a suspended grid ceiling, and natural wooden flooring that brings warmth and ease underfoot. Spanning 6 by 7 metres (450 sq ft), the layout is optimised for small-format programming and accommodates up to 12 guests.
One full wall is clad in mirrors, perfect for movement-based sessions like yoga, pilates, or guided training, while dimmable ceiling lights and ambient wall sconces allow for tailored atmospheres. Blue blackout curtains can be drawn for privacy or visual focus. Additional features include a built-in sound system, compact shelving, and a discrete AV setup.
This studio is ideal not only for 1-to-1 coaching and rehearsals, but also for wellness-led corporate events such as mindfulness sessions, off-site strategy warmups, and icebreaker activities. For larger team activations or multi-room programmes, additional adjacent studios are available to rent in combination. The simplicity, adjustable lighting, and intimate feel support concentration, energy, and collaborative flow.
