This stunning villa, one of Prague’s most imposing villas, stands in the upper section of a sun-washed south-facing slope above the Botičstream, now surrounded by an extensive park and one of Prague’s last vineyards. Both the Neo-Renaissance building and its precisely landscaped garden fulfil the ideal of an Italian villa updated for the industrial age.
The villa is a two-story neo-Renaissance villa in Havlicek Gardens, located in the vineyard district of Praha 2, on the outskirts of Prague city centre. It is surrounded by vineyards which are still in production today and were originally founded by Charles IV in the 14th century. It also has a gorgeous terrace with an outstanding view for you to take your event outdoors!
