An Apres-Ski Christmas Party, Staged Under a Paris Bridge by Eventflare
by Micaela Navarro, 12 August 2026Updated 13 August 2026
Every year, M7 Real Estate, the pan-European real estate investment manager, throws its company Christmas party in a different city around the world. For this edition, the destination was Paris, and the brief that reached Eventflare in January gave the team a full year of runway: around 175 guests, a standing dinner rolling into a cocktail party, lounge areas, a DJ booth, a stage and sound system, and a party running from 6:30 PM until 2 AM. The client was open on style, with one clear preference: a unique venue.
Paris obliged.
A Club Beneath the Pont Alexandre III

The venue Eventflare secured was the Bridge, the club set beneath the arches of the Pont Alexandre III, operated by the Paris Society group. It is hard to imagine a more Parisian answer to the brief: a nightlife institution literally built into one of the city's most beautiful bridges, with the Seine flowing past outside.
Alongside the venue, Eventflare also handled the other half of the original request, sourcing hotel accommodation for the travelling team through dedicated rate requests with Paris hotels.
Apres-Ski on the Seine
The party had a theme: apres-ski. Working with the venue's decorator and the entertainment agency YourBox, Eventflare built a winter world inside the club:
- Themed decor throughout the venue, delivered by the venue's decoration team
- A DJ carrying the night from dinner to dance floor
- A live saxophonist weaving through the evening
- An acrobat performing contortion, fan, and LED costume acts, each set to its own track coordinated with the DJ, in winter white costumes to match the theme
- A karaoke corner, positioned behind curtains in the back of the club after Eventflare flagged noise bleed from the dance floor, with every performance recorded for posterity
The production schedule went to every supplier with questions assigned by name: points of contact for the day, set-up times, allergen labels in English on every dish for a group with mixed dietary needs, and a dressing room for the performer.
The Midnight Moment
Results and Impact
The party ran its full arc as planned, from standing dinner to the 2 AM finish, with the food drawing praise and the decor described in Eventflare's own supplier debrief in one word: beautiful.
True to Eventflare's way of working, the event did not end at the last song. The team sent structured feedback to every supplier, collected the karaoke videos for the client, and closed out the project with the venue group already looking forward to the next collaboration.
Wrapping Up
A company that changes country every Christmas needs a partner who can land in any city and deliver. For this edition, that meant a club under a Paris bridge, an apres-ski world built indoors, hotels sorted, an acrobat in the air, and a saxophone at midnight, all coordinated by one team from the first venue enquiry in January to the supplier debriefs in December.
Wherever the next Christmas party goes, the bar is now set under the Pont Alexandre III.
