A pitched ceiling with exposed timber beams, shuttered casement windows and layered floor/table lamps creates a calm working atmosphere. Light plank floors and a natural-fibre rug zone two areas: a deep-green sofa lounge and a meeting table with rattan chairs and task lamps, with dark-stain cabinets for storage. Daylight can be moderated with shutters and curtains for screen work. Best for small team workshops, strategy meetings, coaching or reading circles; it comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.
