Skylit industrial hall of 426 m² suited to exhibitions, product launches, conferences, town-halls, press days, training and brand activations. The open, columned floorplate sits beneath a central skylight that floods the room with natural light, highlighting cast-iron columns and industrial finishes. Street-level access and a flexible plan support fast builds and efficient load-in/out, with room for staging, AV control, catering prep and back-of-house. Typical layouts include theatre, classroom, catwalk and gallery, and the venue comfortably hosts up to 110 standing or 70 seated. Also suitable for photo and film shoots.
