Riveted steel trusses span the barrel roof, leaving a clear sight-line from every seat to the 8 × 6 m stage. Matte-black walls, acoustic drapes and a sprung floor create cinema-level sound control, while a ceiling grid pre-rigged with Fresnels, LEDs and moving heads lets production crews patch straight in. Side aisles and a gently inclined rake grant step-free access down to stage level, and handrails meet current accessibility codes.

Declared a Cultural Interest Site by the City of Buenos Aires and certified B Corporation, the venue meshes heritage character with ESG credentials. On-site technicians, digital projection and plug-and-play audio ensure keynote addresses, film premieres or panel debates run seamlessly. Pair the auditorium with the adjoining warehouse halls for break-outs, exhibitions or post-show networking without leaving the complex.
