The layout adapts seamlessly to professional and celebratory formats alike. It accommodates up to 700 guests in theatre or cocktail setups, 450 for formal dining, 250 in classroom style, or 120 in a U-shape configuration. The polished concrete floor, level access, and drive-in load bay ensure efficient transitions between conference sessions and evening receptions.

Additional features include fibre-optic Wi-Fi, three-phase power, a silent backup generator, climate control, a green room behind the staging area, and on-site security.
