A forest of cast-iron columns marches beneath eleven-metre timber ceilings, creating a rhythmic grid that divides the 1,600 m² hall into natural zones for plenary sessions, exhibition pods or break-outs without erecting a single wall. Overhead, blackened joists carry a plug-and-play truss system already loaded with moving heads, washes and line-array points—so your lighting plot starts half-complete the moment you walk in. The raw concrete floor is rig-ready for heavy loads, while a full-width raised stage, safety barrier and backstage access mean concerts or high-impact product reveals need minimal build.
