Expansive windows flood the space with natural light. The minimalist interior, with exposed beams, concrete floors and a modern fireplace, creates a relaxed yet professional atmosphere that sets it apart from a standard meeting room. The outdoor patio extends your event to the open air — perfect for networking mixers or after-work drinks. Seven layout configurations available, from theatre-style (60) and boardroom (25) to dining (100) and standing (100). Stage, breakout room, air-conditioning and security included. Catering available on request. Part of Already Made Studios, a creative hub with an event hall, recording studio, meeting space and artist ateliers — making it easy to combine spaces for larger programmes or full-day events.   • Less than 13 days to the event: no refund will be applicable
